I called to talk to the GM, Andrew Austin about it and was told they would discuss it in their morning meeting and he would call me back. They definitely got my money but it’s apparent that they are not concerned after the sale. I got stuck with the repercussions….and the $20K bill. Now……It has come to my attention that before the sale, they knew that the previous owner towed an extremely heavy 5th wheel camper with the high horsepower tune loaded right before it was traded in. Just a bit over 2 WEEKS later, it lost a cylinder and needs a new block and turbo. Just a bit over 2 WEEKS later, it lost a cylinde I bought a very clean F250 SuperDuty from them that was evidently deleted and tuned with 72K miles. According to Dealer Connect these items are warranty items. I contacted Mopar and Chrysler who stated that they were told by the dealership that the items were normal wear and tear. The parts are listed as warranty items I was told by Tutton's Service Advisor Dalton Gunnels that the parts are NOT part of my service agreement. We have a Mopar Maxcare Warranty that covers the truck bumper to bumper for 999,999 miles or until the year 2098. My husband returned with the truck and was told essentially that the noise was a front noise that needed repair. My husband r Chrysler I told the service advisor that the front end was making a noise on 6/20/22' they told me the noise was a common truck noise.
